Faster Bike splits with Roy Hinnen's BikeFormula

The BikeFormula gives you 30 different training sets, all based on your current level of performance. Carry out a test ride over 40km on a flat stretch. Enter your average power achieved in the orange field (not normalised power). After you confirm with the GO button, your targets in all sets are calculated for you. The values calculated here are only valid for stretches that have no ore than 350 metres height gain per hour or riding time and are ridden 100% without slipstreaming.
