For me, coaching is more than a profession - it's a vocation.

The foundation for this was laid early on: At the age of 14, I explained my decision against meat to my parents based on my principles. In the beginning, I coached everything that could crawl. Today, I use the experience of those years and have the privilege of deciding who I accompany on their path and make them successful.

In the last 20 years I have worked with over 504 athletes to achieve a new PB.
