The entire invoice amount is due before the start of the coaching. The term is 6 months. The prices quoted are binding and include VAT.
The coaching programs include up to 15 modules:
Your requirements for coaching with me.
You have trained at least 6-8 hours per week for the past 52 weeks without injury. You have been training for several years with a functioning wattmeter and Heart rate monitor. You have time to attend at least one week of training camp per year under my supervision and an additional 5-6 weeks of vacation per year. You are healthy and there are no medical or health reasons that speak against performance-oriented training.

1. Strategically periodized training plan for targeted control of the anabolic/catabolic hormone balance.
2. Controlled “low carb” training.
3. Blood sugar stabilizing diet.
4. Swimming training in the swimming channel once a month.
5. Train to fail strength training guide.
6. Special block training on the bike.
7. Individualized tapering protocol for competition supercompensation.
8. Personalized metabolic optimization through laboratory diagnostics
9. Targeted cold bath application to reduce inflammation and accelerate recovery and to positively influence the immune response in conjunction with targeted mental exercises.
10. Guided mental performance strategies (meditation & mindfulness)
11. Regular work-life balance audits (monthly reflection)
12. Running technique: running technique analysis and economization of movement.
13. Wheel technology: Wheel technology optimization, efficiency, aero position and power transmission
14. Active and passive artificial altitude training.
15. Active and passive heat adaptation training combined with cognitive exercises.
I also offer individual coaching sessions for all 15 modules, which are billed per time unit.
