The Specials & Daily Routine:

• Mindset: Meditate together every morning.
• Bike workload: 5x approx. 2000 hm on 80-120km. (Swim/run on request)
• Transition power: Every bike ride is followed by an obligatory all-out run.
• Deep Dive: Daily feedback group to analyze technique, tactics and mindset.
• Work-Life: A guaranteed daily home office timeslot of at least 2 hours.

The package:

• The hideaway: Villa Vista Mar – a private high-end residence in the mountains of Gran Canaria. Absolute discretion, far away from mass tourism.
• Elite Support: Including a chef who cooks for us every day. (BIO) and a masseuse (daily 40 min regeneration) ensures a seamless environment.
